Right now I'm working on UltraContext — context infrastructure that helps agents actually understand what they're working with. The thesis is simple: most agent failures aren't model failures, they're context failures.
Before that I built transcribee, an open source macOS transcriber that turns videos into a self-organizing knowledge base. It got some traction.
I write code, ship fast, and care about things that work in production — not just in demos.
